Upgrade Considerations
When you upgrade an existing environment to v3.0.0, plan for these one-time admin tasks under Admin → System Settings → Maintenance.
- All customers will need to run a maintenance task to migrate existing Cortex saved searches for their connected archive to be stored in a newly created table.
- Cherwell Archive users will need to run an action to move any Cherwell-specific system settings to be stored on the Cherwell Data Source record instead of the general system settings table.
