Cortex 3.1.0 builds on the foundation of 3.0.0 with a refreshed user experience, expanded AI capabilities, major ServiceNow migration improvements, and a more consistent experience across supported archive platforms.

  • Refreshed the user experience across much of Cortex with updates to navigation, layouts, and overall usability.
  • Added the ability to view preserved HTML emails directly from Journal Mail History records.
  • Added a dedicated interface for browsing system emails stored in the Trebuchet Mail table.
  • Added loading indicators when testing Data Source connections.

AI & Search​

Cortex continues expanding its AI capabilities with greater flexibility and a more consistent search experience.

  • Added AI-powered search for Cherwell archives.
  • Replaced the built-in AI backend with a Bring Your Own Model (BYOM) architecture supporting OpenAI-compatible providers.
  • Introduced a new unified search experience that provides a consistent search builder across supported archive types.

Reliability & Platform Improvements​

  • Fixed an issue where Cortex Actions were not automatically filtered based on the currently selected table for Platform tables.
